After returning from downtown Detroit (
Comerica Park) and the
Wyandotte Park (Detroit River), we went to Mom & Dad's. We stayed there and Vicki & Ted came over and we took some more family pics. We left there & went to Bob's to spent the final night with departure on Thursday, 29 May 08. We had a great time & didn't even get mugged, much to my surprise. After lecturing Matt on leaving his weapon at mom's, I found that after getting downtown, that I, former
supercop, had left my weapon on the counter at mom's. So much for being armed in downtown Detroit. But Matt said that it would be
ok and it was..and so it is with the young
